Change to another task in the same working field

Pierre Weick, member of the ALPARCs International Steering Commitee (ISC) , left the director chair of the regional nature park Vercors to become director of the french federation of regional nature parks .

Thereby his position as a member of the International Steering Commitee ended.

Following to the request of the ISC president and supported by the french financial partners, the last general assembly of ALPARC 2010 gave to Pierre Weick a newly created position of ISC observer.

The president and all members of the ISC want to thank Pierre for his commitment, support and constructive contributions. In each of the plenty discussions, we could benefit of Pierre’s long experiences and knowledge. We look forward to a continuation of his work in the International Steering Commitee as observer. This position will also strengthen the cooperation between the french federation of regional nature parks and ALPARC.
