The Suisse Network of Parks and ALPARC (Alpine Network of Protected Areas are pleased to announce the next workshop: «Indicators of management effectiveness» of the protected areas, which will take place at Marbach/Escholzmatt in Switzerland from 16 to 18 March 2011.

The aims of this meeting are:

• to build a catalogue of indicators on management effectiveness for protected areas
• to train managers in using this catalogue for their protected area
