The Vosges Chamber of Commerce and Industry is pleased to invite you to participate in the 4th EUROPEAN BIENNIAL EVENT OF HIGHLAND REGIONS, which will take place on 13th and 14th OCTOBER 2011, in GERARDMER (Vosges - France), on "INNOVATION IN MOUTAINS".

This event will bring together 300 participants (elected representatives, researchers, entrepreneurs) from 10 European countries. It will be open by a conference by M. Joël DE ROSNAY, former Professor at the MIT and international expert in innovation matters. The congress will be closed by M. André MARCON, President of Euromontana and of the French Assembly of Chambers of Commerce and Industry.
