The Lead partners of the ALPARC working group “Environmental performance evaluation and ecological balance” (Parco naturale regionale delle Dolomiti Friulane/I, Parco naturale regionale delle Prealpi Giulie/I, Parco regionale Orobie Valtellinesi/I) and ALPARC (Alpine Network of Protected Areas) are pleased to announce you the holding of the workshop « Environmental accounting and eco-balance for the management of protected areas” in Cimolais (Italy) on 14th of June 2010.

This workshop will draw a balance of the actions realized by the working group and present the new working perspectives, especially the presentation of the S.A.R.A. project of the region Friuli Venezia Giulia, which aim is to evaluate in an economic/monetary manner the ecological services furnished by the protected areas.
